Complaints Procedure

How to raise a concern and how we handle complaints. Last updated: May 2026.

Step 1: Contact us directly

If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us in writing at hello@counselofneurodivergentminds.co.uk.

Please include: your full name, the date(s) involved, and a clear summary of your concern.


Step 2: Acknowledgement and response times

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
  • We aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days.
  • If more time is needed, we will let you know why and provide a new timeframe.

Step 3: Resolution options

Where appropriate, outcomes may include clarification, apology, service improvement actions, or a practical remedy aligned with policy and law.

If you are not satisfied

You may escalate your complaint to the relevant professional or regulatory body where applicable.
