Counselling, training, workshops and support designed around neurodivergent experiences

Support built on real neurodivergent experiences, professional training, and a whole lot of compassion. Trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and human.

What to expect and what not to

First: we don't expect anything from you. Not a thing. You don't need to prepare, rehearse, or arrive with a neatly packaged version of yourself. Just show up as you are, unmasked, unsure, overwhelmed, whatever shape you're in today.

Before we meet properly, we'll have a free 15-minute consultation (online or phone) so you can decide if we feel like the right fit. After that, sessions are in-person only.

The relationship comes first

Everything else is secondary. If we don't click, that's okay. But we'll work hard to make this feel safe.

We learn your language first

Show us how you express things through words, silence, metaphor or doodling, and we'll meet you there. No translating yourself into clinical terms.

We work together, pluralistically

No rigid school of therapy. We'll pull from what actually works for your brain, your life, your goals.

Basic worries? Mention them anytime

Scared you're doing it wrong? Worried you're "too much"? Say it. None of it phases us.

No homework unless you want it

We won't send you away with worksheets. If something lands and you want to explore it between sessions, great. If not, also great.

You're in control of pace

We go as fast or as slow as you need. Pause, change direction, or stop entirely whenever you want.

Sessions from £50–£75 (depending on service)

Free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a fit. Concession spaces available - ask us about availability.

We're not a crisis or emergency service. We don't work with psychosis, acute risk of harm to self or others, or conditions requiring a multi-disciplinary team in isolation. If you have needs workers, social workers, or other professionals involved, we're happy to work alongside them - but we can't replace their role. Our counselling is guided by the BACP Ethical Framework. Please consult it to understand the scope of our practice. If you need immediate support, contact us or visit your nearest A&E.
